Josie has over 10 years’ experience as an IFA starting off as Mortgage and Protection Adviser then soon after qualifying in Pensions and Investments. Josie is currently working to obtain chartered status with the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Outside of work Josie helps on her family farm with her husband and children, enjoys watching sport and spending quality time socialising with friends and family.

Michelle has worked for HOW Money Matters for many years and deals with all administration and reception queries. Outside of work Michelle enjoys travelling and is busy supporting all her children’s activities.
